- Do you charge per user or per invoice?
- Neither. It is one flat price per company, with unlimited members and unlimited invoices.
- Do I need a card for the trial?
- No. The trial runs for 14 days from the moment you create the company, and we only ask for a card if you decide to carry on.
- What happens if I stop paying?
- Certia pauses. Your data and your history stay where they are and remain readable. Nothing is deleted, and everything resumes as soon as you add a card.
- How do I cancel?
- From Settings, whenever you like. Cancelling is never immediate: you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
